Handmade Products

Our products are handmade, therefore small variations may occur if comparing designs to those advertised on The Cosy Shopper website.

Pricing & Payment

All of our prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate where applicable.

Online Payment

We currently accept the following cards on our website and all online payments are made via Protx.

Orders and payment can be made by calling 0845 251 2679 Monday to Friday between 10.00am & 5.00pm

Payment Security

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns when ordering over the internet. For this reason we use Protx for payment processing. Which is completely secure, probably more so than using a credit/debit card in a shop as the information submitted is encrypted using highly complicated logarithm combinations.

Delivery

We endeavor to dispatch you chosen product within seven working days upon receipt of your order/payment. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your products with this timeframe, we will provide an explanation and inform you of the expected delivery date my email.

Postage and Packing

Postage and packaging charges vary depending on the size of your order. When placing your order, the costs will be shown before any payment is requested. ALL ORDERS ARE SENT BY ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS RECORDED SIGNED FOR OR FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR SPECIAL DELIVERY. Customers that require products to be posted to other countries will be notified of postage costs separatley.

Cancellations & Returns

If you wish to cancel an order or return the products for a full refund, please contact us by email. enquiries@thecosyshopper.co.uk or by phone on 0845 251 2679 or by post to The Cosy Shopper Ltd, 21 Patmore Link Road, Leverstock Green, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4PX

If any product delivered is faulty or damaged then it will be replaced by either the same product or one similar if the originally ordered product is no longer available. Alternatively a full refund will be given as long as the item purchased is returned in it's original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Refunds given will be in accordance with the method of paymentand you are always required to obtain proof of postage when returning items to us. Please note we do not pay for the cost of return under this guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Complaints

In the event that you have a complaint please notify us in writing via email to: enquiries@thecosyshopper.co.uk Any comments you have will be welcomed by us, taken very seriously and dealt with immediately. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and give you a timescale for resolving your complaint and keep you informed of progress.
